Moves I thought for Cookie Dough

pan2000Cookie in my spiteverse is a rejected Starfleet soldier. His abilities were underestimated by the core team. But I decided to give him some moves and make him competent.
His main weapons are a kitchen knife (light) and a butcher knife (heavy).
Attacks:
Spaghetti Whip: He makes a giant whip of spaghetti
Hot Ketchup: Basically a stream of ketchup half as hot as lava.
Burger Bombs: I think this is self-explanatory. They are explosive projectiles.
Pepper Shots: They are bullets faster but weaker than the Burger Bombs.
His most useful ability isn't an attack, he has no finisher. BUT... he has something just as useful. It's the Healthy Meal, which can heal him or a comrade. It's a strong heal, but single-target.
