Power: 8.5/10 (No superpowers, but his reflexes, strength and durability are not those of a normal human)
Influence: 11/10 (People literally worship him as a god, he is part of fourty religions, all aliens have to bow down to him in the end)
Vileness: 10/10 (Blowing up inhabited planets is the job of an irredeemable villain, you piece of shit)
Once I reviewed Battlefield Earth. I locked it bc Hubbard's fans would tear my throat out. And again, shoutout to RC88 for bringing this monster to my attention. Only two Stus are more evil for me, and that's because they did genocides to actual groups of people, not just proxies, and added sexual crimes to their evils.
Basically he is Count Logan if instead of a whiny Yandere he was a cold-blooded racist and terrorist, and that was his motive for genocide. Oh, and in spite of being more monstrous than Logan, even the author of the Count will admit he made a villain, Hubbard... thought he was writing a purely good person. Well, he is pure of heart alright.
While Jonnie isn't a rapist or a stalker, he is still not a model husband. He gives more love to his horse than his wife, whom he sees as a trophy and will look for excuses not to feed her or talk to her while she is in danger. He only uses her to raise an army to rule Earth. Disgusting.
Jonnie is a colossal racist. One of the aliens, Terl, is an even bigger jerk than him? Oh great, his entire race is evil and needs to die! (Especially disgusting as they are supposed to be the psychologists. Though, as they are proxies, Jonnie didn't know that) And of course, he kills all black people and considers them worse than animals... because a few of them shot some of his men.
These were some of his genocides.
Jonnie hates also: the Chinese, women, the British (also known as Tolneps), the disabled people (Staffor) and the Chinese, whom he sees as slaves. Come on, Celesto Grandruler is far more subtle about his prejudices!
And basically everything that isn't himself, Scottish or American.
To win, he gets things handed to him, either by unrealistic shit like... vehicles from a thousand years ago in pristine condition, or by having his ENEMIES explaining him how to beat them. Yes, you are reading this correctly.
He only struggles once, but he somehow survives with two skull fractures and stops something like a Death Star all by himself. How is that not Stuish, I have no idea. And then he makes his own Death Star bc he is a villain like Grand Moff Tarkin.
People somehow adore him. He is even worshipped as a deity in fourty religions, and seen as a symbol of humanity. Anyone who doesn't like him is evil and wrong.
You know how bad guys kick dogs? Well, this guy punches disabled men. Sure, said disabled man mocked his dead dad, but he had a very valid reason to hate him!
Usually, in battles, he kills a lot of enemies and civilians and loses one or two men. Yet, because he is a psychopath, he spares the one enemy who is guilty as sin because he is useful. Everyone else can die.
He will be the next villain in my spiteverse: a madman with god complex. He has already threatened all alien races in his time with genocide if anyone stood up to him.
But what happens when from the past, another world, he faces a force that doesn't worship men playing gods, and, in spite of having suffered a total defeat, can still fight back?
