So, come the latest chapter I wrote, Pan has gone to the Grand Line to hunt cultists. He has high chances to survive, but it is not gonna be a breeze.

Who can beat him and who can't?

Can: Monkey D. Luffy

Most likely Pan's worst matchup in all the manga. While Pan has a versatile arsenal, so does Luffy. While Pan gets back up after going down, Luffy matches him in that as well. What judges the match is that Pan is based around electricity and Luffy rubber (when he doesn't have toon physics). So, Pan loses.

Can't: Smoker

Smoker is powerful and can turn into smoke. However, if he turns into a cloud, he can conduct electricity, which means he is always vulnerable to Pan's atttacks. Also, his jitte has Seastone, but Pan's electricity is not from a Fruit, and he also has the Sword of Truth that can cut several foes like butter. Finally, Pan is far stronger than Smoker, so he will smoke him in a fair fight.

Can: Greenbull

Greenbull is an Admiral who can live without eating for years. His power is flora, and while Pan's electricity can burn him, he can make wood to lessen the damage a lot. He also can regenerate if the Sword of Truth cuts him, and even trained to resist burnings. Pan stands little chance against him.

Can't: Vergo

Vergo is a very skilled Haki user, who can coat his full body with Haki. This means he is very dangerous with brute strength. But alas, Pan has the means to kill him. He can cut him with either his lightsaber or the Sword of Truth, can shoot him with rockets or electrocute him. He also survived a Force Hunter, so he can survive a beatdown from Vergo.

Can: Aokiji

Aokiji won't win too easily. The lightsaber can melt his ice, and the Thunderstorm and beams of sunlight can cause him some trouble. However, he can permanently freeze half an island while he is fighting against magma, and he can also raise enough ice to freeze Pan solid. He is far stronger than Pan, and he is also smart enough to counter his tricks.

Can't: John Giant

John Giant is a powerful Marine, who stands out among giants. However, he is mostly known for being easily beaten against Whitebeard. With Pan he will obviously put up a better fight, but still lose. Pan has faced giants before, and even massive dragons. And he also can outsmart his enemy using the environment.

Can: Dracule Mihawk

Pan might be a swordsman, and have a magical sword with a few special abilities, but he still is not Mihawk, who can cleave an iceberg with ease and defeat an average to decent swordsman with a tiny dagger. Pan might land one hit or two, as he has several tricks up his sleeve, but Mihawk has the advantage.

Can't: Buggy

The one Yonko who doesn't stand a chance against Pan. He can cut himself to pieces, meaning the Sword of Truth is useless, but that will not save him from the thunderbolts, bullets and rockets Pan has, and in terms of skill Buggy is inferior. Also, Pan has survived things as dangerous as a Muggy Ball.

Can: King

King is Kaido's best warrior, and he can become a Pteranodon, which allows him easy flight. This gives him the advantage over Pan, who is stuck in the ground. He is also extremely fast, and his sword skills are on par with Pan's. Pan would still take him down, though, if not for one thing. The Lunarian flames, which help even against legendary, magical swords, and can make whole fiery dragons.

Can't: Page One

One of the Tobi Roppo, Page One can transform into a dinosaur and force the weaker Straw Hats on the run. Pan will struggle against Page One's speed and might. But Page One, while he has a nasty bite, is not the brightest, nor does he have many options in terms of range. Pan can stay afar and pelt him with rockets. Or strike him with the Thunderstorm. And Big Mom beating him in one hit shows he has limits.
