Note that I use their Valkyria selves, when Finn and Leah got to Level 10.

East Blue: Easy win

Ax Hand Morgan is a pushover, so is Alvida. Buggy, while he would be a threat to anyone who relies on a lightsaber, Leah could punch him, Poe or Q could shoot him, and Finn as well. And the Force can deal with the multiple pieces. Kuro would be dangerous if not for anyone with the Force being able to sense his movements and the werewolves being at least as fast as him. Krieg... I upgraded him, he still lost to Poe. Arlong would lose against the heavy hitters fast, though he can beat the low-ranking heroes.

Alabasta: Hard win

Mr. 3 and Baroque Works in general would be dispatched without too much trouble. The only one who would actually provide stakes would be Crocodile himself. Now, there are ways for him to be beaten: the Hot Shot and Microwave Beam could make him glass, and so could Renee's flames. Kallie also gets a water-based attack. Finally, if out of water, the heroes are not above using their blood like Luffy did. But until then? Crocodile is strong and smart, and can even put up a very good fight against the heavy hitters.

Skypiea: Very Hard win

This one will be harder than the battle the Straw Hats had because there is no hard counter to Enel. His priests would be easily dealt with, and the Force working similar to Mantra would even the odds, but even then, only Rey can really counter electricity, so Stormwolf has to rely on her.

Water 7/Enies Lobby: Moderate win

The Franky Family would not really be a threat. Though, if Stormwolf was divided, this could really cause trouble.

Now, in terms of combat with the CP9, the Rokushiki would make Stormwolf sweat. The Jedi would be the most vital here, with the lightsaber being able to get through Tekkai and the Force sensing Soru. Rey can even skywalk. Lucci would have to be fought by either Finn or Leah. At least Spandam can probably be beaten by Rose Tico or Emily Young. Probably.

Thriller Bark: Hard win

This is 60-40, and the only reason is Perona. If she makes all of them negative, they will lose. The only one guaranteed to save everyone is Virago, who has experienced the Ring of Fear. Once she is done, well, everyone can deal with hundreds of zombies. Moria will cause some trouble with Oars, but several Stormwolf members, mostly Poe, Rey and Leah, have dealt with giants. Moria himself will be in trouble, as Renee and Leah can fight his shadow.

Sabaody-Marineford: Scripted loss

The Straw Hats lost anyway in those arcs, so, even though Stormwolf will lose there as well (none can fight an Admiral yet, even now with all those heat-based weapons Finn would still lose to Aokiji), the loss can be forgiven.

Fishman Island Arc: Moderate win

Hody has nothing but numbers, hate and malice, and steroids on his side. While he will be a threat underwater, and Noah falling will cause trouble, these guys are exactly what Stormwolf can fight with ease, and even Hody, while he will put up a fight, will lose badly.

Punk Hazard: Hard win

The problem is Caesar's Logia. Monet is also a Logia, but Finn is well-equipped and can take her on with his weapons. Caesar won't be so easy. His toxic gasses will be a threat to everyone, except maybe Alix who can use limited wind, Renee whose chain can catch the intangible and... Q, who will get a Poltergust for ghosts. Q can also sabotage Caesar and ensure the SAD is destroyed. Vergo is just brute force, Leah can most likely take him.

Dressrosa: Hard loss

Stormwolf will not defeat Doflamingo, not so easily. However, they will cause him major setbacks. They would probably hold their own in the arena, except against Bartolomeo, and Sugar would be taken out, meaning a revolution can be inspired. However, Doffy can fight them with the Birdcage, and probably the two guys who won't be pierced by his strings are Pierre and Din. The stakes are in favor of Doflamingo, but he will not be happy about how he won.

Whole Cake Island: Moderate loss

Even if by luck Stormwolf does beat Doflamingo, they will have to stop Big Mom next. While they could take anything below a Sweet Commander, Cracker would cause them trouble and most likely win unless it's Black Squadron, Kallie, Finn or Q, and Katakuri could beat anyone 1 vs 1. And then there is Big Mom herself.

Wano: Easy loss

The heaviest hitters of Stormwolf can probably duel a Tobi Roppo. SkullFace could fight Sasaki, while Finn and Leah could fight Ulti and Page One. The Black Squadron could take on a Number. But it would take the whole team to beat Jack with some mere mooks, aka how he was in Zou. King and Queen are too much, and Kaido is also too much. Their only hope is that Luffy wasn't so ready either when he reached Wano first...
