All Straw Hats used to be in peril because of some minor villains. But now they can definitely stand up to them. Most of the time anyway.

Luffy vs Higuma: Luffy stomps. Higuma beat Luffy as a kid, but still lost to a Sea King. And Sea Kings get worfed throughout the series.

Luffy vs Akainu: Inconclusive. Akainu counts since he killed Ace. And Luffy wouldn't win before Gear 5. I think the time limit of Gear 5 is the key, as Luffy wins when it's active and loses when it isn't.

Zoro vs Axe-Hand Morgan: Zoro stomps, Morgan is only a threat to normal people... and he already had lost to Zoro.

Zoro vs Mihawk: Zoro loses. This battle is saved for the finale. Though Zoro would put up a good fight now.

Sanji vs Don Krieg: Sanji stomps. Since he became immune to all regular ammunition and got Ifrit Jambe, Krieg can't kill him even in his sleep, and his defenses will easily crumble.

Sanji vs Judge: Sanji wins. He would have won in Whole Cake if not for Judge's blatant cheating, and so, in 1 v 1 now, he would destroy Judge. At least Judge would fight better than Krieg, however, his Germa exoskeleton, his biggest advantage, is now shared by Sanji, which ensures the cook's victory.

Nami vs Arlong: Nami stomps. He will be a threat in melee range, but Nami can send him after a mirage and ensure he doesn't reach her, then shoot him with one lightning bolt. And since Arlong is a sea creature, one good shot with Zeus will easily beat him.

Usopp vs Kuro: Usopp stomps. Even his punch could knock Kuro down while he was still just a fraud. An Impact Dial would severely hurt Kuro, so would a Pop Green. While Kuro can wound him with Out of the Bag, Usopp has survived worse wounds, plus with Observation Haki he can actually dodge it. And since Kuro can't control the attack, it can backfire.

Chopper vs Wapol: Chopper wins. He will struggle as he is a melee fighter and Wapol can devour things, but he is more versatile and his Monster Point makes him far stronger.

Robin vs Crocodile: Inconclusive. Robin can win if she gets her extra limbs wet, otherwise she is in trouble.

Robin vs Aokiji: Robin loses, Aokiji is a former Admiral and too tough for her. Or anyone besides the Monster Trio.

Robin vs Spandam: Robin stomps. Really, her opponent's only feats are that he will be in this list twice, but Robin has already destroyed that weak coward while injured. While he did do something through mind rape, the battle between Robin and Black Maria shows that now, since Robin has her friends to trust, even that will be ineffective, meaning an even bigger stomp than in Enies Lobby.

Franky vs Spandam: Franky stomps. While Funkfreed can wound him, the cyborg now has the General Franky, plus he is far more skilled than his mortal enemy. If he could take his revenge pre-timeskip, he can easily do so now.

Brook vs Gecko Moria: Inconclusive. Both have strong abilities, plus a similar top feat: giving a Yonko of the recent era (and the two Yonko were close with each other) a fight worth retelling, even if they lost badly. The only way I can see Brook winning is if he keeps going up while Moria keeps going down.

Jimbei vs Arlong: Jimbei stomps. Jimbei has no boogeyman, but he had a personal animosity with Arlong. Jimbei fought in Marineford and was too OP even in the Fishman Island arc. Arlong was a cool final boss... for the East Blue Arc. He was top of the bottom tier. Jimbei has it in the bag. He did stomp him in the past after all.

Jimbei vs Hody: Jimbei stomps. Yes, Hody is strong, but no match for Jimbei. Hody relies on steroids and brute strength only, Jimbei is still stronger than him, as well as better with his karate and more skilled and wise in general. Plus he needs no steroids and can beat a Tobi Roppo with moderate trouble. The only fishman that can be a serious threat to Jimbei is Jack if there is no sea nearby.
