After the Battle of Exegol, not many Jedi were left. Thus, a New Jedi Order must be built to stop the menace of the Yuuzhan Vong and Black Legion.

Even in the old times, the Jedi Order would struggle, but some of them would manage to stop the best warriors of the Dark One easily. Who would though?

Can: Mace Windu

His skills with the lightsaber are great, and he even disarmed Palpatine and burned his face. He also knows Vaapad, which means he can actually use the evil of his opponents to his advantage, and his purple saber is very powerful. As such, Windu is more than qualified for defeating an Archdemon.

Can't: Kit Fisto

Kit lasted for some seconds against Palpatine and led many battles, even stalemating Grievous by himself. Despite being a great warrior, Kit still can't beat an Archdemon. All of them have limited reality warping and are above a Jedi Knight, or even two.

Can: Anakin Skywalker

The Chosen One, with massive Force powers and mastery of the Light and the Dark, Anakin at his absolute prime can survive the Ones of Mortis and force them on their knees. He also killed a Sith Lord with little help and several Jedi when he turned evil. Even as Vader he beat an experienced Ahsoka. Thus, an Archdemon is very beatable for him unless it's one that knows of lightning.

Can't: Qui-Gon Jinn

Nobody can deny this Jedi Master was an enlightened man who demolished many droids, was experienced and gave Maul two good fights. Maul still killed him through outsmarting. So, a sneaky Archdemon can warp Limbo in a way that Qui can be outsmarted, then burn him alive.

Can: Ahsoka Tano

Ahsoka would never stand a chance during the Clone Wars. An Archdemon is still not beatable in a duel by any of my protagonists. How times change. In Rebels, nobody but Vader could touch her, and she even knocked him down. Then she became even stronger in The Mandalorian, above Din and almost every character. In my fics, she even nearly beats a High General. So, she can beat one Archdemon at least.

Can't: Shaak Ti

In spite of being a very competent Jedi, Shaak's main role is being worfed... by Anakin or Grievous. She would definitely cut down an Archdemon's vampires and soldiers, but then she would face the leader, who is above what ordinary Jedi Knights face.

Can: Grand Master Yoda

The greatest of all Jedi possibly, Yoda has extreme experience and massive Force abilities and saber skills. He is above most Sith Lords and Sidious, who was one of the most powerful Sith, struggled with him. Yoda could move massive structures and ships with ease. He could also demolish an Archdemon.

Can't: Ki-Adi-Mundi

This Jedi Master aged like wine. He was very experienced, and resisted Order 66, dying like a warrior. However, he still fell to clones. Also, he is a great duelist with his saber, and will land hits, but he needs to attack them way more than they do.

Can: Luke Skywalker

The Grandmaster of the New Jedi Order, an unstoppable force that projected himself across the Galaxy, humiliated Kylo, demolished a horde of Dark Troopers by himself and defeated freaking Vader when he stopped holding back. Luke is a great Jedi, who could even cut someone's connection to the Force and rebuild it. As tough as Archdemons are, Luke is above them. He could crush the very durable Dark Troopers with the Force, so the Archdemons will just take a little effort.

Can't: Leia Organa

Leia can reach out to others through the Force, wield a saber, even fly in space. She is by no means a pushover and is wise and experienced enough to train other Jedi. However, an Archdemon would be too much for her. Each of them is an one-man army that takes several Jedi Knights to take down.
