pan2000Rumble is a brute who could make earthquakes with his brute strength only, and stun others with his howl. Also the toughest enemy Leah has ever beat alone. Even in Jojo he would be a threat, but not unstoppable. Who can end his menace?
Can: Jonathan Joestar
The first and original Jojo, and the one character who could throw hands with Rumble and win. Rumble can land a hit by using his paralyzing scream and his Jaw Crusher can severely damage Jonathan, but even when dying Jonathan still forced Dio to a draw. Jonathan also reduced Dio to a head and, most importantly, beat Tarkus who could kill people with his bare hands, was skilled at fighting and could lift chunks of the ground with one finger. After overpowering Tarkus, Jonathan will be able to handle Rumble with some effort.
Can't: Guido Mista
Mista might be durable enough to survive bullets and beatings, but Rumble is far above that. He succeeded at sending Leah herself to the stratosphere and he can throw his foe's good aim with his Planet Shaker. Mista can guide his shots, even six at once, and would certainly inflict wounds in the huge body of his foe, but Rumble can heal, and even if he won't with the bullets inside him, he has survived an explosion to the face, he can survive six bullets.
Can: Jotaro Kujo
Jotaro would certainly be in big trouble if Rumble's attacks connected, and he could miscalculate the Planet Shaker, which would end badly. But Jotaro is much smarter and could make his foe fall for one of his bluffs, like pretending Rumble's first punch killed him. He can also land a hard barrage of punches with Star Platinum, just like Leah, and stop time to avoid enemy attacks and land free hits.
Can't: Dire
Dire is skilled with Hamon and martial arts. That doesn't guarantee victory. He can use anything, like roses, as projectiles with Hamon. But Rumble can dodge and block very fast attacks as a werewolf, and can survive a sniper shot to his head easily. But Dire has the Thunder Cross Split Attack, which will not work against an enemy who is too big or could just stun him with his howl.
Can: Jean Pierre Polnareff
Only if he uses his Stand to the fullest, but yes! His Stand's armor can take a punch with ease, plus Rumble would only sense it with his werewolf senses. Polnareff can endure a lot of punishment, like getting grazed by Vanilla Ice, use afterimages of his Stand, which Leah also used to fool her foe, is extremely fast and skilled with a rapier, and eventually he might stab his foe faster than his healing rate, or stay away and throw a blade. However, he might not use all these abilities and that would cost him the fight.
Can't: Leone Abbhacio
This gangster has a very useful Stand for detective work. However he was ambushed and killed in one hit by the boss of Passione. Poor durability is lethal against Rumble, who is strong enough to destroy a ship with his fists, or even decapitate a werewolf with his Jaw Crusher. This Stand user would also fall in one hit.
Can: Okyasu Nijimura.
Okyasu is dumber than Rumble, and that might cost him the fight. However, he has something that can give him the edge. Rumble is a tank, he can take a lot of things coming at him. But The Hand? It can end him in one hit or erase his giant boulders. While Rumble will win if he is careful, one mistake will give the victory to Okyasy.
Can't: Noriaki Kakyoin
Cherry Boy does have some advantages. He will try to trap Rumble in invisible strings, then fire his Emerald Splash at him. The problem? Dio could parry it with his bare hands, so why not this mountain of muscles? Besides, Kakyoin doesn't really have an instakill attack.
Can: Wamuu
Rumble is extremely strong and would easily crush a horde of vampires. Even Santana could be beaten with a lot of effort. But Wamuu? He is another story. He can absorb people by bumping into them, is physically strong and durable enough to survive Rumble's attacks and heal, and also possesses the power of wind. Rumble would survive a direct Divine Sandstorm, but a few of them or Atmospheric Rift can bring him down.
Can't: Yukako
Her hair are deadly tentacles and can lift a human with ease. However, Rumble is even stronger and can even catch her hair. He can overpower her with his fists or stun her with a shout alone, or both. Rumble is too tough for her.
