A New Order review

pan2000Today is a special review. This fanfiction partially inspired me to write. It is an AU to Star Wars 9 and is awesome. The protagonists are Finn and Rey, as they should be, and the main focus of the story is first the former's family (he was ripped from it and deserves to know it, Disney) and then a Stormtrooper Rebellion, since they are still people forced to murder. There is also nice focus on the Knights of Ren, as well as a new Jedi Order.
Kylo is not romanticised or redeemed in the fic, which I liked. He is getting far more love than what the asshole deserves, both in canon and in fanon. (Not that I would go Lionheart on him, nobody deserves that!) Showing the slaves, and not the slaver as a victim is something that should be common sense. This fic truly runs on common sense.
It moved me. The dialogue was wonderful. The OCs were great and everyone in-character. The author should actually make a fanfilm, we interacted and he seems to be a good person. I was waiting every day for an update and I can say that it's one of the best fanfics I ever read.
