A villain who can use Sues

pan2000Katsugeki is the leader of the History Retrograde Army. He summons and forges monstrous swords to change history. His main goal is to right some wrongs that happened in the past, believing that he will change Japan and the world for the better. He also is willing to take credit for the changes he thinks he is for the better, which will result in him being the greatest legend in Japan and have unrivaled power and influence.
However, the sword boys oppose him because changing history can create paradoxes and have extremely destructive consequences. It could cancel great inventions, prevent mistakes which would prevent people from learning form them and even halt evolution completely.
Katsugeki doesn't understand what the problem is, and if he does, he doesn't care. To sideline, break the spirits or destroy the sword boys while changing history simultaneously, he creates Sues who pretend they are real swords or people, even breaking rules such as being sword girls.
His fighting style includes martial arts and a Naginata. He can also teleport and summon swords and even animate them into monsters. He believes changing history is both for the greater good and his own good, and hates anyone who disagrees with him. His Sues can be saniwas, sword girls or even half-swords, which pretend to be related to historical figures or the sword boys.
