Just reached my climax
May. 16th, 2020 01:10 pmNo, it's not what you think. I mean I finally wrote the conflict between Leah and Armilla.
Ladies of War
I would like to explain what was the purpose of Armilla. Fanservice was a factor, but a secondary one. It was that after I wrote the Fall of Volterra and Bella's death and showed that vampires are not invincible, I was afraid I would make them too wimpy. The fact that I also read Lionheart and he had the most PATHETIC vampires ever did not help.
Armilla's purpose was to show what would happen if a vampire stopped acting all cocky and actually was serious in combat, and actually trained her abilities. Same about the Vampiric Infantry.
The result? While the regular vampires aren't too dangerous, Armie's purpose was to be a wake-up call for Stormwolf.
Also, Leah needed a rival that isn't too pathetic (Bella and Jacob) or beyond her (Alastor).
I hope you enjoy the fight.
If you don't, we have Rey vs Hitler!
