Nobunaga-Sensei Review
Feb. 8th, 2020 01:12 amI dedicate this to Ki_no_Shirayuki, who managed to spork this thing. Well, this anime has a few positive traits. The graphics aren't something bad, not at all. There are a few moments where the show realizes it went too far. Some characters are likable, like the protagonist's sister... who is sidelined bc she calls out the asshole for his bullshit.
At least it's better than keeping her and shitting on her for no reason. (Leah Clearwater flashbacks)
But this thing is outright harmful to people. The protagonist is a history teacher who fucks up history. He brings teenage girls from the past to have them as sex dolls. Because they aren't used to modern society, he decides to educate these children with hentai. In other words, he TRAINS HISTORICAL FIGURES TO BE HIS SEX SLAVES, WITHOUT THEM EVEN BEING ADULTS SOMETIMES!
Oh, there is also an adult woman in the asshole's harem. He rapes her and there is victim blaming... so she rapes him and there is victim blaming. And these things are teachers. Fuck this anime.
Oda Nobunaga was cruel. He was very strict and violent. He had a harem. I do believe he might have some standards, because he did have friends (Ranmaru). And this is certainly beneath him. I believe it was created to torture his soul for his atrocities.
That said, I laughed sometimes at the stupidity (My breasts are feeling weird, do something, Nobunaga-Sensei!) and only once did I genuinely almost throw up. Oh, there were some moments where I was feeling ready to slaughter everyone in the fic except the asshole's sister (voice of reason) and Nohime (sometimes also the voice of reason, I see her as a victim) and maybe Kitsuno too, she is clearly a victim but never the voice of reason. Everyone else deserves to die for sexual crimes.
My grade in this one: 1/10. It has very few positive traits, and healthy messages is not one of them.
