Villain OC: Armilla, the Vampire Lady

pan2000She is actually a quite minor antagonist in the grand scheme of things, but because people like her, I will give her backstory.
She is a minion of Al Astor, the Minister of Truth, and enjoys working for him. She has the ambition to become the next Count and actually trains to get more abilities.
Her skin is white as milk, she has long blonde hair and red eyes. Her vampiric gift was teleportation, since she always wanted to be ahead of the others. It was not enough for her, as vampires already have super speed. With her training, she learned to drag people to the Limbo, summon the murderous Stygians to soften her enemies up and read their fighting styles, and also is skilled with ballistic knives.
Her archenemy is Leah, since the she-werewolf has killed many vampires defending humans, defied her old pack when they allied with the vampires and made an attempt at Al's life. She wants to destroy her and avenge her kind.
She hates werewolves, considering them dogs, and believes humans aren't different from cattle, seeing them as food or pets for her species. However, she does not underestimate an opponent in battle and will fight dirty to win.
Likes: Fighting, intimidating her opponents, eating people, playing with Finn (whom she sees as a cute pet).
Dislikes: Werewolves, especially Leah, vampires who are too cocky and think they can have everything handed to them, rape and those who do it, racist humans.
