Spitefic: Clash of the leaders

Tristan is unstoppable.

As the zombies charge at him, he cuts them down with the Wiktorslayer. For each slash of his, three zombies go down.

However, Coldsteel sees him and points at him with his Flameblade. "When you see my men in Hell, tell them Coldsteel sent you!"

And he breathes a stream of fire so strong it can melt a dreggan. But Tristan blocks it with his new weapon, without getting scorched at all.

"What kind of weapon is that?" Coldsteel asks.

"The Wiktorslayer, one of the greatest weapons in Eutracia and Parthalon. It can stop fire and cut a Wiktor in half!" Tristan charges at Coldsteel, dodging his eye beams, and performs a slash.

When Coldsteel tries to block with his forearms, he gets a cut in them. So, he uses his Flameblade and parries the next blow, then stabs him in the gut with a riposte. Smirking, Coldsteel spins around and strikes Tristan hard with his axe tail, making blood come out of his left leg.

Weakened by Natasha, Tristan gets too much damage from the attacks and falls on his knees.

"The greatest weapon is nothing in the hands of a spoiled child!" Coldsteel bellows. Quickly, he kicks Tristan while he is down and gets behind him, ready to decapitate him with his Flameblade.

Some butterflies fly around Coldsteel, who burns them and turns to Shailiha. "Stay out of this, this is a duel between men!"

To scare her off, he fires an eye beam at her, making her dodge and focus on the zombies instead. But her distraction has worked, and when Coldsteel raises his sword again, Tristan raises his and parries it.

Then he pushes the cyborg lizardman back and unleashes a flurry of slashes. However, the Dinolfos blocks all of them and attacks with his axe tail, making him jump back.

Tristan throws three azure Daggers of Vigor, but Coldsteel breathes his strongest stream of fire and burns them. Out of instinct, Tristan moves out of the way, but the attack still grazes him and burns part of his armor.

Tristan throws some poisoned daggers, but fails to penetrate his foe's metal parts. Then he changes tactics. Exploiting his blood loss from Natasha and Coldsteel, he gathers all the endowed blood around, turns it into a large sword and hardens it with azure energy, then sends it straight at the cybernetic menace.

It penetrates Coldsteel's defenses, stunning him. Quickly, Tristan uses magic to speed up by making his blood go faster and gets to him, slashing him with his sword four times.

However, he is shot twice in point blank range by eye beams, which stuns him. Quickly, Coldsteel slashes him with his Flameblade and knocks him down. Then he breathes fireballs, but Tristan blocks them with an azure barrier.

Coldsteel changes tactics. "So, you can use the endowed blood as a weapon, huh? For all the magic it gives, prince, it's just blood... and it can be cauterized!"

He sends yet another stream of fire, but this time it hits his Flameblade, making it burn ten times hotter, albeit less stable.

He unleashes all this stored energy into a massive blade after he weakens the barrier with an eye beam, making the blade get through the barrier. While Tristan raises the Wiktorslayer, it's too late. His wounds all get cauterized, and he howls in pain.

He starts rolling left and right, yelling.

"Yes! This is what you deserve for killing my troops!"

Tristan uses what's left of his strength. "Your troops hurt innocent gnomes! And you are going to hurt my sister and my family!"

"So? It's not like I am going to rape them, like the criminals in this world do as routine!" Coldsteel points out.

"And you think that's enough to make you a decent person? So did Wigg. And at least you care about your underlings," Tristan responds. He uses a new attack, known as Judgement of Vigors, which sends a giant azure spinning double axe at blinding speed, bisecting Coldsteel before he can react.

Then he gets to Shailiha. "I did it. All that's left is Failee!"

But Coldsteel, being part robot and part reptile, doesn't die instantly. With a beam from behind he strikes Tristan in the back, knocking him down.

"A bisection can't stop me! It can't stop my revenge!" Coldsteel uses his arms to crawl towards Tristan, ready to burn him alive. "You will pay for all your sins, Tristan, Prince of Eutracia! You let your guard down too early!"

But Shailiha uses some of her magic to help her brother. "Vigors are based on good emotions, as well as virtues. And what has more pure intentions than wanting to save your brother?"

She makes azure energy come out of her hands and closes some of Tristan's wounds, healing him and allowing him to keep consciousness and find the strength to turn and throw a Dagger of Vigor straight into Coldsteel's bionic eye, destroying it.

"Tristan! I spit my last breath on you!" He literally does so with a stream of fire, which Tristan only dodges because of the vitality Shailiha gave him.

Then the cold-blooded killer finally collapses, lifeless.

"We did it. We saved the female Minions, the Andarians, and the entire Eutracia!" Shailiha shouts, excited it's over.

"No," Tristan says. "There is one last enemy. Failee, the First Mistress of the Coven."
