Livewire is an One Piece OC, and a CP-3 agent. He joins Smoker's forces to end Haman's cult and is genuinely helpful, but also has sinister ulterior motives. He ends up betraying the heroes and making Pan an outlaw so he can forcibly get his secrets, but ends up dying by his victim's hand.

Having electric powers, Livewire is no slouch. Whom can he beat?

Can: Rose Tico

Rose has grown far stronger during Valkyria, and her Terror Tazer can fry multiple foes at once. She also wields a blaster, and is probably faster than the agent. However, his Shock Cannon is mightier than anything she has, and all of its electric attacks can kill her in one hit.

Can't: Virago

One of the closest friends to Pan, Virago is also a Jedi. She is as strong as Livewire and far more skilled, as she can sense his attacks coming with the Force, use her saber for defense, slash him with her Orca Swords and throw discs of water to short circuit him.

Can: Umi-Bozu

The Umi-Bozu is a colossal demon made of water. Its brute force is astounding, its tentacles can regenerate and crush ships, while its streams of water can sink a ship instantly. Yet, being entirely made of water means it can be electrocuted easily, and since Livewire can make thunderbolts rain, he can electrocute the giant mass of water several times.

Can't: Dahlia

Dahlia Hawthorne has received a large upgrade in my stories, specifically vampirism and the gift to use every poison ever. Apart from knowing how to murder someone with electricity, thus how to avoid it, Dahlia is far faster than her opponent, will regenerate if the hit she gets isn't instantly fatal, and can emit carbon monoxide, as well as shoot arsenic. She definitely has the advantage.

Can: Fat Minister

Fat Ministers are some high-ranking officers of the Legion, who also hold political power. They have whips or crescent axes, and can use destructive flames in close range. But Livewire doesn't have to get in close range. He just has to stay far and send either the electric orbs, or a powerful direct stream, or thunderbolts from the sky, and roast the Minister quickly.

Can't: Astaroth

Livewire wants to learn about Pan's world and the enemies he faces. However, it can backfire horribly. Despite being able to hurt the Archdemon on paper, as Livewire focuses on electric ranged attacks that are extremely powerful, and so can attack and wound his head, Astaroth is both stronger, as he can breathe Hellfire from both of his mouths and fire double eye beams, and block the electricity with his bare hands, and much, much more skilled, being able to create illusions, use telekinesis, and be creative with his Hellfire. While there is a small chance for Livewire to deal enough damage due to hard countering his foe's weakness, the second form of the demon will quickly teach him to be more agile and durable.

Can: Gin

Gin has received upgrades in my story. Namely, he now has some Haki and is a Mercury Logia, meaning he does stand a chance to defeat Livewire. However, Livewire can end the fight quickly in his favor because mercury is a very good conductor of electricity, and Livewire's Shock Cannon is so strong it can kill Gin quickly when it hits, for example if Livewire makes thunderbolts rain while Gin is calling an attack.

Can't: Tashigi

The only buff I really gave Tashigi is that she can use Tekkai, which actually would be pretty useless against Livewire. Nevertheless, her canon abilities alone would rip him apart. Apart from showing she can punch him before he reacts, she is a very skilled swordswoman, who is too fast for him to land hits thanks to her combination of Soru and Observation Haki. She is also durable enough to survive even the rain of thunderbolts, and if she uses Armament on her sword she can cut Livewire down fast.

Can: Necrot

The zombie shaman that could summon other zombies, Necrot is no match for Livewire due to the sheer brute force of the latter. While Necrot can teleport, Livewire can zap through his undead meat shields with his streams and of course attack with a rain of thunderbolts, meaning Necrot will fall due to a false sense of security.

Can't: Finn

Ok, Livewire lost to the mentor, so he must stand a better chance against one of the two main heroes, right? Well, better, as the Shock Cannon is stronger than the Shockbolt, but Finn still can outsmart him. He has the Force work as Observation Haki, so he can sense all the attacks, he is smarter and more agile than his foe, his lightsaber can deflect most of the electricity, and above all else, his latest upgrades make him stronger as well: his new armor can take a mighty beam that can blow up a mountain without breaking, while the Microwave Beam can stalemate the Shock Cannon, and the Microwave Cannon can overpower it.
