pan2000Lily Carnation is one of the most fearsome One Piece foes and also came in my latest chapter to cause trouble to Stormwolf. But whay if the foul flower is dropped in Jojo?
Well, some residents will go weeding. Who can beat it?
Can: Guido Mista
Mista's Stand is one that can fire several homing bullets at once. While Mista relies on luck a lot, he is a good shot who can strike the exact same point of a foe twice. He can fill Lily's root with lead and destroy it. Once he does, the hard part is gone: ONE precise shot at the weak point and Lily is history. Plus, he survived bad injuries, so a few arrows won't hurt him unless they are four.
Can't: Hol Horse
Statistically, Hol should be able to beat this thing: his Stand is a homing hand cannon, and if the root goes down, Hol can win in a single hit. His cowardice, however, will take the better of him and he might freeze in fear or run away before Lily eats him.
Can: Joseph Joestar
Joseph is always resourceful and has fought horrors superior to Lily Carnation. He will use ropes, tommy guns, hamon, bottlecaps and even set the weed on fire. Being smart, and having Hermit Purple to extend his range, this Jojo will destroy Lily in no time.
Can't: Dire
While he can give Lily some trouble with Hamon-infused projectiles, feel free to imagine the effectiveness of Thunder Cross Split Attack against a giant plant stalk. That can fill him with arrows.
Can: Dio Brando/DIO
While Lily is no joke, she isn't nearly as dangerous as the perverted vampire. As Dio Brando, he will freeze the man-eating plant to the molecules, and thus to death. If eaten, his Space Ripper Stingy Eyes will give him the way out and overall help him kill Lily instantly. As DIO, it's even easier. He will just stop time, smash the root with his fists, throw a knife at the stalk's head and kill it before it even made a move. Also, arrows will do jack to the vampire.
Can't: Polnareff
Sure, Polnareff is a true hero and can beat many enemies. But not Lily. Lily has a better range, with arrows instead of a rapier. It also will snare him with an illusion of Sherry and eat him sneakily. Because this plant is that evil.
Can: Esidisi
Esidisi is a Pillar Man, and he can survive even as a brain. Why would he squash this flower? Simple, he is smart enough to compete with Joseph... and no plant would stand up to his boiling blood, which can burn Hamon users. He even uses veins for this and can use it for offense, not just for defense. And no matter how many arrows Lily lands on him, Esidisi will shrug them off.
Can't: Jonathan Joestar
Surprise! Well, there are three reasons for this. One, Lily can beat even the most determined without outside help, just ask Luffy. Two, Lily can make him pause with illusions of the life Dio took from him. Three, Jonathan doesn't really have that much range.
Can: Avdol
Avdol can control fire to the point he melts metal. Which means he can hard counter any enemy flora with ease. He also knows a lot about Stands, enough to know they can harmlessly block arrows AND throw fiery projectiles at Lily's head.
Can't: Mariah
Her foes have to touch an outlet to be magnetized to things. Which can be useful against careless humans, but is absolutely useless against a plant that uses wood to attack. She is plant food.
