Brass Bolt is the last member of Stormwolf. A rebellious pegasus with brass knuckles, Poe Dameron saved him from the Grand Ruler's forces. He is a good fighter, but has his limits.
Can beat: A Fat Minister
The Fat Ministers hold mostly political power and give orders, and laugh. But they can actually hold their own against inexperienced heroes. Their whips and crescent axes are strong and their Ignite can torch others easily in close range. Brass would have trouble since the Ministers are a threat in melee combat and Brass has no ranged weapons. However, he does have the advantages of flight and speed, as a humanoid pegasus. He is also smart enough to form a plan. He will struggle but come out on top.
Can't beat: Lightning Dawn
The Admiral of the police state Brass Bolt opposes, Lightning Dawn enforces Grand Ruler's law with an iron fist. Brass is smarter... but that's his only advantage. Lightning is faster, has powerful magical abilities and is much, much, much stronger. If Brass could beat Lightning, he would not be in prison.
Can beat: Emily Young
Emily is Leah's cousin and an excellent cook. While she is useful in Stormwolf and her frying pan can knock mooks out, she is still relatively weak. She would not stand up to a trained pegasus who has invaded a prison planet alone.
Can't beat: Leah Clearwater
And on the flipside, Leah is the strongest member of Stormwolf. She is faster than even vampires and pegasi, and her punches can shake the ground. She has fought opponents equal to her and won with her wits, and her wolf form makes her speed and strength even more formidable. Brass Bolt is outclassed in basically everything except flight, and that won't help him.
Can beat: Nessie
Nessie shows how to be a threat without physical strength. She has so much money and influence she is a threat to Finn and Leah without having to throw a punch. She is also a half-vampire, making her tougher than a regular human. However, she is still no match for Brass Bolt, his training and his brass knuckles. He can't kill her, but incapacitate her with ease.
Can't beat: The Loyalist
Aka the biggest pain in Finn's neck until right before the final fight. Nines got demonic strength and agility and managed to catch up to Padawan Finn again. Even in his first appearance, he would have killed Finn if not for the Nutty Poet. His Riot Baton and blaster would cause trouble to Brass, and when the Loyalist reached his peak he added Hellfire attacks to his arsenal. These would crush Brass Bolt, and by then the Loyalist had power to match a Jedi.
Can beat: Eleazar
He was a threat to Jedi Finn in the concluding arcs of "We Have Each Other", but only because Finn was completely unarmed. Once Finn got the lightsaber, it was over. Eleazar's gift is to sense powers and potential to people and value them from these gifts. He would hold his own against Brass Bolt, but doesn't have any clear advantage.
Can't beat: Dread Knight
There are regular Hell Knights, who pose a challenge against even powerful and experienced heroes, and this is their evolution. The Dread Knight is slower and has no flight, but he can fire rapid fireballs, is clever, has two very powerful arm blades and his spin makes charging with a melee attack suicide. Even Rey had trouble with a Dread Knight, Brass Bolt would not stand a chance.
Can beat: The Demolisher
The Demolisher is a muscular zombie and one of Rey's first challenges. The giant undead cop has brute strength and can charge and punch very hard. He is also very very durable. But he is mindless and Brass Bolt can easily outsmart him, plus use his flight to set up traps and defeat him.
Can't beat: Vlad
This is one of the three Vampire Lords Stormwolf faces. (There was also Aro, but Marcus offed him for the still fresh hunters.) One can teleport, the other has ice magic and this guy has Bone Magic. He can create gravestones and rain them down his enemies, fly and attack at great speeds, make weapons and walls out of bones, summon the deadly Stalfos, snap the bones of an unaware enemy, and even cover himself in spiked armor. Brass Bolt has... flight, superhuman strength and speed, and two brass knuckles that are electric. Brass is outclassed.
