pan2000Armilla is one of my OC villains, liked for her effectiveness and attitude. She is one of the bad guys with the biggest impact, but not the top dog. Here is her competition.
Weaker: Takara
Takara is one of the most evil characters in my story, tries to change history for selfish reasons and abuses everyone. However, her bite is not half as bad as her bark and... just compare her fights with Finn and Leah with the Vampire Lady's. Plus, Takara has no charisma.
Stronger: The Hammer of Abyss
Armilla's partner isn't as prominent as her, but he is actually a powerful demon, stronger, smarter, and almost beats the entire Stormwolf force. He is capable of leveling a city and can bring from Limbo stronger monsters than Armilla. Fortunately, Toni arrived and saved them all.
Weaker: The Minotaur
A very strong creature, the Minotaur fought Finn and Leah in the labyrinth. The monster is no slouch and gives Finn and Leah a run for their money... but they win through teamwork. Technically, Armilla also needed teamwork, because while Leah beat her in a duel, it was due to a weak point Finn created... and he got knocked out for his trouble. Armilla is no ordinary vampire and definetely far more competent.
Stronger: Mori Ranmaru
Armilla might be no ordinary vampire, but she is still vulnerable to fire. Ranmaru is an actual Master of Fire, can use a tantõ exceptionally and also wields a beam katana. He would be a lethal match for Armilla, since he has a lot of ways to kill her and is also very very smart. He also killed a hero, amputated another one and put up a legendary fight against Finn. He is the strongest enemy Stormwolf have beaten so far.

He is a special case because he is not powerful at all, only very smart... and he has to be beaten at chess. In a straight fight, anyone could beat him. It's chess and battles of wits where he is nearly unbeatable. Plus, he works for Armilla, not the other way round.

Yes, Armilla beat Finn. Yes, Finn beat Benjamin. But the strongest doesn't always win. Armilla is definetely smarter than Benjamin, but her teleportation is nothing compared to the power of the four basic elements and Benjamin is the strongest vampire present in the story. Armilla is just smart and resourceful.
