Five Stormwolf and Resistance heroes who are stronger than Captain Shaina (and five weaker)
Shaina, the Captain of the Royal Guard working for the despotic Grand Ruler. She is very loyal to her king, and I buffed her with an emerald armor, spear and shield. She was more than a match for Jannah and would win if Jannah did not discover she has the Force.
She is powerful, but beatable. Who can take her on?
Stronger: Leah Clearwater
Shaina is strong and fast, being a winged unicorn. But Leah is even stronger and faster, able to punch out vampires and run faster than them. She is weak to silver, not bronze or emerald, so she will be at full strength. And she didn't bring down Volterra and two Vampire Lords to lose to an enemy at Jannah's level.
Weaker: Poe Dameron
This is not a "Can/Can't beat" list. Because Poe can win this one by outsmarting and using his bombs correctly, or take his ship and take on Shaina through it, and in the latter case he can also take twenty pilots with her. But physically, he is a strong human with no powers and would not fare better than Jannah when they fought. If Shaina reaches him, she can easily overpower him.
Stronger: Alix
Alix is one of the freshwomen, and she is a beast to fight. Shaina can definitely handle the human form, she would probably get no damage from the knives. However, once the shapeshifting starts, Alix can turn the tables. Especially the bird form can take out a ship, and the wolf form would overpower even the very strong Shaina.
Weaker: Gray
Gray was one of the stars of the invasion in the prison planet. Her mind control can make anyone with a weak mind harmless. She is also no slouch in a fight, with her Gunblade being useful in long and melee range. However, Shaina can block mental attacks and is stronger both in long and short range due to her Emerald Barrage.
Stronger: Master Toni
Toni did die in the middle of "We Have Each Other", but he was the strongest hero then and he passed his legacy on his Padawan. He wields a green lightsaber which can cut beasts down to size, even the Hydra, can heal, defeat a high-level demon all by himself, and his Force abilities are much, much stronger than Jannah's. Shaina is powerful and skilled, but she does not take Toni in a straight fight.
Weaker: Brass Bolt
The very last recruit of Stormwolf. Brass is a Pegasus, who can hack computers and is clever, but he has no powers except the basic of his species. Shaina is a winged unicorn, who has also excessive Starfleet training. Brass couldn't fight three guards at once, while Shaina could fight Chewbacca, who curbstomped her elites. She outclasses him.
Stronger: Finn
Shaina is a Captain of the royal guard, who has devastating abilities with emeralds and her spear. However, Finn is in another level. Jannah could fight Shaina when she just discovered she could use the Force, Finn is a full Jedi. He has training from Master Toni, has redirected a giant fireball, and wields the Microwave Beam, which is a heavy and effective weapon.
Weaker: Kallie
Kallie is actually pretty strong. She has managed to defeat one of Shaina's guards in one hit through ambush. She also defeated Steel Balls by outsmarting her. She is also dominant underwater. But to defeat Shaina she has to outsmart her, in a straight fight the Spirit Net and the speargun are far weaker than the Emerald Spear, plus Shaina is a winged unicorn.
Stronger: Nutty Poet
Shaina could defeat the Poet if she could ambush her before she painted anything. However, fully prepared, the Poet can defeat a lot of enemies. She has defeated multiple Yokai single-handedly, can drag Shaina to Limbo through a portal, and no Emerald Barrage can compete with the bazooka. The Poet can have any weapon she wants, so she is far stronger than Shaina.
Weaker: Jessika Pava
Jessika is a very skilled pilot and can also fight on land. But she is a normal human with combat experience, nothing more, nothing less. She did damage the White Savior, but on foot she isn't half as strong as Shaina.
