All living and shown Force users in my series, ranked in Season 2 Arc 2.
Things changed from the Rise of Skywalker. Note: Dead characters aren't included and this ranking might change in the future. The ranking is by strength in the Force, no skills. Also, no mooks like Sith Acolytes or Reapers, who can use the Force but aren't individuals.

7. Jannah
Note that nobody in this list is truly weak. Jannah is a very competent archer and is trained by Finn in the Force just recently. While she has done a lot of heroics, she is still the least powerful named character in the Force as she can only Force Push and home her arrows.
6. Virago
Rey's Padawan is also a powerhouse, with two powerful blades with unique abilities. She is also a Force user, and a very strong one. She can push and pull objects, combine the Force with her weapons, sense and fight invisible enemies. Still, some friends and foes are leagues above her.
5. Kor
Kor is our first Dark Side user. He might not be extremely strong, but he is really skilled. He is the High Priest of Palpatine, and skilled with his saber. He only gets this rank because I don't count him with the Sith Holocron. He can move weapons with ease and speak with the dead, a gift few have.
4. Seventh Sister
The Seventh Sister is an Inquisitor, and a clever and skilled one. She is able to match Finn for a while and even use her saber to fly. She is very powerful compared to the Padawans and a terror to them.
3. Fifth Brother
He is equal in abilities to the Seventh Sister, but has more raw strength at the expense of skills and can even match Rey in the Force Push. He doesn't have too advanced techniques, but is a master of the basic ones.
2. Finn
If the ranking was in skills alone, he would be first. He is a Jedi Knight, who has a diverse amount of Force abilities, from reading minds to guiding blaster bolts to becoming a tornado of blazing justice. While he is barely stronger than the Inquisitors, he exploits his abilities so well he has beaten enemies far above his level.
1. Rey
She is a Chosen One, with all the powers that means. Trained by the Skywalkers, born by Palpatine and getting a massive power boost through an imprint, she has already gotten the jackpot in Force abilities. She can read and control minds, lift massive boulders, stop a nuke bigger than a fighter ship all by herself and overpower almost any foe. Finally, she can call other Jedi to become even stronger. She is probably one of the strongest characters in my series, even though that doesn't make her invincible.
